Since collaboration is key to RPLAN Connect, it's even more important that the responsibility for tasks is clear and visible to everyone involved in the project. Open the inspector. If you are the owner of the task, then you can set one of your RPLAN team members as responsible for the selected object in the Responsibilities section.
If the responsible is not defined explicitly, the responsible person is inherited from the parent object, which is displayed. If there is still no responsible, then the owner is the responsible.

The owner is a particular person managing access rights. When changing the ownership the old owner gets read access to this object.
A person being the responsible for a task automatically gets Editor rights to that object. But note that only persons having access to the project can be set as responsible.
